Natural Way For Reducing High Body Temperature

These are some of the natural ways how to reduce high body temperature.

Herbal Mixtures

  • Mix 1 tablespoon of linden flowers and 1 tablespoon of raspberry fruit with 2 cups of boiling water. Let the mixture cool down for 15-20 minutes. Drink it while lukewarm before sleeping.
  •  Mix 1 teaspoon of linden flowers and 1 teaspoon of chamomile. Pour 2 cups of hot water over them and let it stand still for 10 minutes. After it is cooled down, drink half a cup of this beverage three times a day.
  • Make a mixture of 40% parts of raspberry leaf, 40% parts of wild strawberry leaves and 20% parts of mountain tea. Two tablespoons of mixture are mixed with 2 cups boiling water. Let this mixture stand still for 20 minutes covered with lid. After the mixture is little bit cooled down, strain. Drink this liquid while it is warm before sleeping.
  •  One tablespoon of elderberry flower and one tablespoon of linden flowers are mixed. Pour 1 cup boiling water over them. Let this mixture cool down for 10 minutes and strain it. Drink it while little warm.

Apple Cider Vinegar

  •  In case you have body temperature of 38 degrees it is recommendable for you to rub your body with apple cider vinegar. Pay attention to your armpits, face and belly – rub them with apple cider vinegar for 10 to 15 minutes.
