Ovarian cysts are sacs filled with fluid that develop on the ovaries. A great percentage of women will develop at least one cyst during their lifetime. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, ovarian cysts are most common in pre-menopause women, whereas 14, 8% of women develop them after menopause.

Castor oil compress
This oil has the power to remove surplus toxins from the body, dissolve the cysts, and stimulate the lymphatic system. You will need to fold a flannel cloth to make it 2 to 3 layers thick. Then, put castor oil on the cloth, fold it in half, and then unfold it. Put another towel underneath you and then place the flannel cloth on your belly. Cover it with plastic foil and then put on another towel. Place a bottle with hot water onto the towel and cover yourself with a blanket. Repeat the procedure for 3 months, 3 times per week. If you’re trying to conceive, don’t use this method after ovulation. Also, avoid it during menstruation.
The sedative effect will relax you and reduce the pain and discomfort. Also, it will stimulate the blood flow in the uterus and pelvic area. You need to mix 2 tsp of dried chamomile in one cup of boiling water. Cover the cup and leave it for 5 minutes. Then, strain the content and add a tsp of honey. Drink 3 cups daily.
Epsom salt is rich in magnesium sulfate that is known to relax the muscles and alleviate pain. Add a cup of Epsom salt to your bathtub with warm water and add 10 drops of jasmine or lavender essential oil. Stir the water to dissolve the salt. Soak the lower part of your body for half an hour daily.
This veggie has betacyanin which is known to better the liver’s ability to remove toxins. Beetroot is alkaline, i.e. it will balance the acidity in your body. Mix half a cup of fresh beet extract juice and a tbsp of aloe vera gel and a tbsp of black molasses. Drink this beverage daily, before breakfast.
Apple cider vinegar
This vinegar is rich in potassium and it can dissolve the cysts caused by potassium deficiency. You need to mix a tbsp of acv in one glass of warm water and add a tbsp of black molasses. Drink two glasses daily until the cysts disappear.
